Folks-if you are interested in continuing your music lessons (if you have been studying an instrument or voice for at least 3 years) please let us know asap. We are trying to get all the instructors lined up-but to do that we need to know who needs lessons and for which instrument. Please contact jbrewin@utk.edu with this info asap-and spread the word!

- Tennessee Governor's Academy
- TGA opened in 2007. Governor Phil Bredesen, based on his laboratory experiences that led to his completing a degree in physics, wanted TN high school students to have a similar opportunity. With a partnership with Oak Ridge National Laboratory, students at TGA get an advanced math and science education with a hands on scientific research component.
